Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Just browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your order details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been packed, changes or cancellations will not be available.
Delivery & Returns
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only within Singapore. Stay tuned for updates as we work towards expanding our delivery options!
What are your delivery options and costs?
All orders are delivered via SingPost tracked mail package for a flat rate of $5 per order, with delivery directly to your mailbox.
For larger orders, Saintsory may arrange for doorstep delivery at no extra cost to ensure safe and efficient handling.
Complimentary delivery is offered for purchases over $80.
Is there self-collection?
Self-collection is unavailable for now. All orders will be mailed out via our standard delivery methods.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders will be mailed out and delivered through SingPost within 4-5 business days from the time the order is placed.
While we strive to meet this service timeline, unforeseen circumstances may cause unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been mailed out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. You can track your SmartPac package on www.singpost.com/track-items or through the SingPost mobile app.
What is your return policy?
We believe gifts should be meaningful and satisfactory. If you have any issues with your purchase, we offer a refund within 21 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, you will be required to bear the cost of return delivery. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!

What if an item is out of stock?
We will do our best to restock as soon as possible. However, as our shipments come from the United States, it may take some time for new stock to arrive. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to check our store regularly for updates.
Do you offer customisations?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customisations at this time.
